Old School Meets New School
"Eusheen’s teaching emphasizes practical decision-making, efficiency, and creative expression, drawing on the techniques he finds most effective for shaping and working with borosilicate glass. Students will engage with a range of advanced skills, including color and pattern application, hollow shaping, faceting, horn construction, implosions, and precision work on the lathe. The course also touches on conceptual and professional topics such as the relationship between art and craft, as well as strategies for marketing and presenting one’s work. One year of flameworking experience is required."
